The Lilian Braide Foundation is a registered organization under the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The LBF aims to highlight the socio-economic issues of children and youth as this profile group of society is found to be neglected and disregarded for their contributions and strengths.
BRAIDE BOMA LILIAN (ESQ.)
Boma Lilian Braide (Esq.) is a highly accomplished lawyer and the esteemed founder of the LBF, WHF and the SURGE, A prominent platform specializing in giving the youths a voice. With over eleven thousand members, both in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, Lilian has established herself as a trusted advisor to people across a wide range of industries.Driven by the need to help people and a vision to provide a platform to help youths, Lilian founded the Lilian Braide Foundation in 2020 and was registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2022.Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a renowned institution known for its unwavering commitment to youth success and unparalleled expertise.
To this day, Lilian Braide Foundation remains at the forefront of youth advocacy and guiding them to new heights of success. Her unwavering dedication to this organization, passion for justice, and ethical standards continue to shape the Organizations culture and inspire its talented team members.
By assisting and collaborating with many systems and institutions engaged in the advancement of Nigeria's democracy and economy, we seek to generate or restore optimism that will unite our nation through this initiative.
GOALS
▪ To assist in the development of children and youths by providing equal opportunities based on their needs and skills
▪ To sensitize policymakers and society at large about their concerns by engaging in projects such as research, media, dialogue, outreach, training workshops, seminars, etc.
The LBF believes in Participatory Action Research Approach APPROACH
We have made it possible for our speakers and listeners (youth and women) to share their political opinions and strategies for more sustainable governance at a rapid rate.
Going forward, we plan to engage with more stakeholders to create more programs and
projects like this with the aim of increasing youth participation and involvement in Nigeria
